Service terms

The service

PreOrderly is a workflow service for hospitality businesses managing confirmed group bookings. It supports host handoff, party management, RSVP, dietary information, food pre-orders, guest payments, seating and service preparation.

Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for keeping restaurant accounts secure, assigning appropriate team access and ensuring secure host or guest links are only shared with the intended people. Activity carried out through an authorised account or secure booking link may be treated as activity by that authorised user.

Free trial and subscriptions

A venue can use up to three live events during its introductory trial. Draft events do not consume trial usage. The introductory trial is limited to one trial per physical venue.

Paid plans are billed per venue each month. Essential includes 8 events with additional events charged at £3 each. Growth includes 20 events with additional events charged at £1 each. Complete includes unlimited events subject to reasonable fair use. Additional venues receive 25% off their selected monthly venue plan. Prices shown exclude applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Billing

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Plan changes can create prorated charges or credits. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless another arrangement is shown at the time of cancellation. Outstanding usage charges remain payable.

Guest payments

Guest booking payments are processed through Stripe for participating venues. PreOrderly does not store card details. The hospitality business remains responsible for its pricing, refunds, cancellations, tax treatment and guest-facing commercial terms.

Operational information

PreOrderly helps organise information but does not replace venue safety checks, allergen procedures, kitchen controls or direct communication where required. Hospitality businesses remain responsible for checking service information before acting on it.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to access another customer's data, interfere with the platform, bypass usage controls, send unlawful or abusive communications, or process information unrelated to the hospitality booking workflow.

Availability and changes

The service may change as features are improved. Reasonable steps are taken to keep PreOrderly available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
